I also added silencing shot macro in all my shots to reduce any down time.

I like my hunter because it was the first class that I actually did best on in terms of DPS and they have a lot of interesting roles. I wanted to join your guild because I pretty much have all the gear it need from regular ICC 10 and 25. I need to get some heroic in and my guild doesn't do any Heroic 25 ICC. I had a hunter in my guild named Zitlo and when he left for your guild his DPS and gear went up a lot. Also I'd like to have a DKP system or better looting instead of pubs rolling and usually winning cus of luck.

Not a bad app however there are some things that could be improved on.
For your glyphs generally if you're not the hunter buffing other hunters with improved mark, you don't glyph for it. Choose either Kill Shot or Imp Hawk.
The second thing is in your rotation Chimera shot should be put first because you will always want your Imp Steady Shot procs to be used on Chimera Shot for more mana efficiency and more damage overall.
Your stats and spec are also a bit weird. You have 225 hit rating but you still have 3 points specced into Focused Fire which puts u at nearly 10% hit (2% over cap). You also didn't finish putting in points into Improved barrage. The only time you do that is if you're crit capped with Aimed Shot.
Also you didn't mention anything about your usage of hunter CDs such as haste potions, rapid fire, call of the wild, or readiness.

thatnks for suggestion will fix that after my raid today
ok i fixed the glyphs up and the rotation plus macroed almost all my abilties and respeced my talents. Also the extra 1% in focus fire is because i am changing the enchant on my boots.
